01 The shop
Things worth giving, wrapped by hand.
Sixteen small-batch lines — stoneware, washed linen, pure beeswax, uncoated paper. Chosen in person at the counter, packed in tissue and twine, out of the door within a business day. Nothing here is made for a gift aisle.

03 Where to start
Pick a shelf
Seven shelves, nothing spare. If you are buying for a housewarming, start at Home.
04 The wrapping table
Everything leaves wrapped. It is not an upsell.
Orders are packed at the bench behind the till, usually by whoever is nearest and usually mid-conversation. Tissue first, then twine, then the card. If you tell us what to say we write it in pen. If you do not, we write “enjoy this, from all of us” and nobody minds.

06 Why people come back
Four things we will not change
Small runs, restocked slowly
Most lines are made by one workshop. When a batch sells out we wait for the next one rather than switching suppliers.
A real photograph of the actual thing
What you see is what ships. If a glaze varies slightly, that is the kiln, and the photograph shows the range.
Returns without a form
Thirty days, unused or used. Email one line, we email a label. Gift receipts are included in every parcel.
Stock shown honestly
The number on the page is the number on the shelf. Four left means four left, and it does not get padded back up.
07 What people said
Three notes from the last month
Left by customers, printed here with permission. None of them were paid.
“Bought the linen tote for my sister and ended up ordering a second one for me two days later. It is heavier than I expected, in a good way.”
“The card said exactly what I asked for, in actual handwriting, with a small drawing of a cat that I had not mentioned. I have no idea how.”
“Ordered the bud vase wrong. Replied to the email on a Sunday, had the right one on my desk Tuesday. That is the whole review.”
08 The list
One email a fortnight, when something actually arrives
Small batches sell through quietly, so the list gets told first. Roughly twice a month, never more, and never a discount code dressed up as news.
