₦6,500 standard anywhere in Nigeria, or free once your order passes ₦60,000. Express is ₦14,000 and is next working day inside Lagos and Abuja only. We do not add a surcharge at weekends, because we are not packing at weekends.

Not through the site, not yet. International delivery is ₦18,000 and runs 5–12 working days, but we arrange it by hand because the couriers we use are not set up for it. Email us what you need and where it is going and we will send a quote. Duties are the recipient's, and we declare honestly.

Yes, and about a third of orders do. Put their address in the delivery fields and your own email in the contact field so the receipt still reaches you. We do not put prices on the note unless you ask us to.

Always, on every order, at no charge. Recycled tissue, cotton twine, a gummed paper seal. There is no wrapping charge to remove at checkout because there is no wrapping charge.

We do, up to 240 characters, at the packing bench. Add your wording at checkout. If you would rather we wrote nothing, leave the box empty and we will include a blank card.

Yes. Put it in the address field and we will get the area and state right. We will not leave anything with a neighbour or at a security post without your name on it, whatever the rider offers.

No. Every price is what you pay before VAT. If you need VAT on the receipt — for a business, or to claim it back — tick “Charge me 7.5% VAT” in the order summary and it is added at the end. Leave it unticked and the total is exactly the sum of the lines.

By card, at checkout. In this demonstration nothing is charged — the card fields are checked in your browser and the order is kept on your own machine. See the note at the bottom for what changes when this becomes a real shop.

Two are set in the shop config: WELCOME10 takes 10% off any order, and THANKYOU15 takes 15% off orders over ₦100,000. One code at a time, applied in the bag or in the checkout summary. The discount comes off before VAT is calculated.

Thirty days from delivery, used or unused. Email hello@kihto.org with your order number and we will send a prepaid label the same day. No form, no portal.

Send one photograph and we will replace it on the next run, no return required. Stoneware and brass are packed in reused newspaper and board; things do occasionally crack in transit and that is on us.

Full refunds include the delivery you paid, including express, if the fault is ours or the thing is faulty. If you simply changed your mind we refund the goods and you cover the return leg.

It is real. That figure is the count on the shelf. We would rather sell four and disappoint four people than sell forty we cannot ship.

Usually four to six weeks, and it depends entirely on the workshop rather than on us. Email us the product and we will tell you the honest answer rather than a date we cannot keep.

We would like to, but we cannot promise a time yet, so we have left it out of checkout rather than sell you a slot we might miss. Until then, pick delivery — it is the fastest thing we can actually guarantee.

No — they are written to be believable rather than accurate. The prices, the 7.5% VAT, the free-delivery threshold and the next-working-day express window are all sample values, and the address is fictional. Replace them with your real terms before you take an order.
